MICROSIT M10 Hard coal fly ash 0-10 µm, grey

Our screened hard coal fly ash is a grey, extremely fine-grained pozzolanic additive with a spherical grain shape for the production of special types of concrete of your own recipe. The maximum grain size is 10 µm. You can use it to produce high-strength and ultra-high-strength concrete (UHPC) yourself and also design concrete mixes with high safety against efflorescence.

With its extremely small particle size, MICROSIT M10 is about 100 times finer than cement. This makes it extremely reactive and ideal for filling the pore spaces between cement particles. MICROSIT M10 also greatly improves the flowability of self-compacting concrete. This results in a particularly dense and strong concrete.

A dosage of 5% by weight of the amount of concrete contained is recommended for the production of ultra high-performance cement (UHPC). The water to cement ratio should be set between w/c = 0.2 and w/c = 0.35 and a PCE superplasticizer should be used.
