CEM-FLUP®-42 Flowing Cement white

CEM-FLUP® 42 is a ready-mixed special mixture of white Portland cement and the finest aggregates, with which self-compacting high-strength concretes can be produced very easily. Only water and aggregates have to be added. CEM-FLUP® 42 already contains a superplasticizer which ensures that an extremely free-flowing concrete is produced despite the very low water requirement. Already 20 to 25% water addition (based on the amount of CEM-FLUP® 42 in weight proportions) is sufficient. Nevertheless, the concrete produced in this way is much easier to mix than is known from other high-performance cements such as Flowstone. A compulsory mixer is not necessary here, and small quantities can even be mixed very easily by hand. Since CEM-FLUP® 42 also contains pozzolanic substances, there is also increased safety against the risk of efflorescence.

We recommend that the following guide formulations be used for the addition of sand and water which provide compressive strengths from 70 to 80 N/mm²:

1) Recipe A (fine): 1 kg CEM-FLUP® 42 to 1100 g quartz sand grain size 0.1 - 0.4 mm and 210 g water (This gives 1 litre of concrete.)
2) Recipe B (medium): 1 kg CEM-FLUP® 42 to 1500 g washed sand (air-dry, grain size 0 to 2 mm) and 230 g water. (This gives 1.2 litres of concrete.)
3) Recipe C (coarse): 1 kg CEM-FLUP® 42 to 2000 g Silimix 282 and 250 g water (This gives 1.4 litres of concrete.)
