VITO ® PIANO fine concrete, white II

VITO® PIANO white II is a white, shrinkage-neutral, fast-setting and self-compacting fine concrete with high early and final strength. Its fine grain and fast strength development make it the ideal material for fine figure casting. It provides a non-porous casting surface and excellent edge stability.

VITO® PIANO white II is the further development of our popular VITO® PIANO white with improved processing properties.

We recommend using this concrete only for white objects and not tinting it with pigments. To achieve light pastel shades, preferably use our VITO® PIANO ice grey as a base.

VITO® PIANO casting mortar is easy to process, hardens almost shrinkage-free and reaches its very high strength and frost resistance extremely early. The processing time is about 20 minutes. Due to the rapid hardening, it is possible to use the casting moulds several times a day.

This VIDEO shows what processing consistency the mortar should ideally have and how it can be safely achieved by sufficient mixing.
