Cement-compatible pigments type 219 extra white

Our cement-compatible pigments are used in art, design, craft and construction. With these, all our mortar and all types of concrete, plaster or grout can be painted to be colour-intensive and resistant to light.

The maximum recommended dosage of pigments in concrete and mortar compounds is 5% based on the cement content. In screed concrete, which comprises about one-fifth of cement, a maximum of 1 kg of pigment is needed for 100 kg concrete. If the cement content is higher, more pigment may be added.

We recommend that you mix the pigment with the dry compound before mixing the concrete with water. Our pigments are suitable for any technique, whether you are modelling with the coloured material, pouring coloured figures, producing marbled blanks for carving, applying thin coloured top layers from FIFI® or want to produce a cement-based paint. The colour shown here is extra white. The pigment designation is titanium dioxide type 219 (particularly strongly brightening) in the grain shape of rutile.
