FLUP® - Kombi-4 flow agents combination in powder form

FLUP® - Kombi-4 is an optimally balanced combination made from PCE-superplasticizer, defoaming agent and thickeners. The superplasticizer can make concrete flow like honey, making it self-compacting. The incorporated defoaming agent aids the self-venting of the concrete. FLUP® - Kombi-4 is particularly suitable for high-strength concrete mixtures, for example based on FLOWSTONE®, and has proven itself in concrete of different granulation and cement composition. The casting results are extremely low porosity generally and of very good surface quality.

Our PCE superplasticizers come in liquid or powder form and are available in various types to enable the optimal selection for the intended purpose. The powdered FLUP® - types available in the shop include PCE-104 (all-rounder) PCE-001 (specifically recommended for Flowstone®) and KOMBI-4 (combination of superplasticizer, thickener and defoaming agent). The necessary amount to add is generally extremely low and depends on the particular formulation of the concrete. In the best case, one to two kilos superplasticizer per ton of concrete are sufficient. We recommend a dosage of 3 gram FLUP® Kombi-4 per kilogram of concrete as a reference value for the recipe.
