The INFIX dosing unit enables the continuous addition of superplasticiser or other additives to the mortar water during the production of foam concrete using the SPUMAX foaming unit. This reduces water consumption, increases strength and significantly improves the workability of the foam concrete. As a result, the foam concrete can be smoothed effortlessly during installation and reaches a low residual moisture content much sooner.
In addition to its high-quality dosing unit, the INFIX features a precision measuring device for determining water flow. This gives you full control over the water-cement ratio of the cement slurry or mortar mix delivered by your mortar pump, allowing you to precisely set the desired foam concrete uality.
The INFIX works without an electrical connection. Only the existing pressure from the water supply is sufficient to drive it. Water hoses with GEKA couplings are required for connection.
