GOGOLIT ® INDUSTRIAL lightweight concrete

GOGOLIT® INDUSTRIAL is a further development of our GOGOLIT® DESIGN lightweight concrete and is specially adapted to the high requirements of the production of precast concrete elements in industrial environments. GOGOLIT® INDUSTRIAL is characterized by easy processing, low weight and high strength.

With its specific weight of only 1.15 kg/l, GOGOLIT® INDUSTRIAL weighs only half as much as normal concrete. Despite its light weight, it is extremely stable under pressure. The compressive strength after 28 days is about 20 N/mm² and is thus four times as high as that of a comparable cellular lightweight concrete.

The workpieces made of GOGOLIT® INDUSTRIAL have excellent edge stability. That makes this concrete ideal for lightweight table tops and other highly stressed furniture elements.

Unlike its predecessor GOGOLIT® DESIGN, our GOGOLIT® INDUSTRIAL is not designed for small design objects, but primarily for larger workpieces. Here it enables enormous weight savings and allows the execution of workpieces that would otherwise be too heavy.

GOGOLIT® INDUSTRIAL is grey and can be coloured by adding our cement-compatible pigments. Up to 20 g of colour pigments may be added per kg of dry compound. The mortar can be processed for up to 60 minutes. For optimal compaction we recommend a light vibration.
