PLOPP mould release agent, 500 ml

PLOPP is a universal, highly effective mould release agent for concrete casting. You achieve an excellent separating effect on almost all common mould construction materials and obtain concrete surfaces of excellent quality. PLOPP is particularly suitable for figure casting in moulds made of polyurethane or similar synthetic materials, and Formica®-coated chipboard and plywood as used in the construction of kitchen countertops and furniture made of concrete. Pores and voids in the surface are largely avoided. This product is not suitable for silicone moulds.

PLOPP is highly yielding and is applied very thin. The consumption is about 30 ml/m². The agent can be applied with a brush, by spraying, or with a cloth and should be redistributed by wiping with the cloth and rubbed in into a thin, invisible film.

Important note: With release agents, it is generally recommended to test in each case, in advance, whether the desired separation effect is achieved in full, depending on the mould-making compound.
