DURFILL® high strength expansive grouting mortar

DURFILL® is a high-strength grouting mortar specially developed for pressurized filling of welded sheet metal constructions or machine beds. It is used to dampen machine vibration and to specifically influence the natural frequency. Vibration amplitudes are reduced and sound radiation minimized. The material is easy to process and can also be prepared in smaller quantities without any problems with a paddle mixer. DURFILL® develops a swelling pressure during setting which presses it against the wall of the filled cavity and prevents separation processes occurring due to shrinkage. As a result, a permanent positive connection is ensured. The swelling without counterpressure is about 0.5 to 1%.

DURFILL® is self-compacting and does not need to be shaken. The material is grey and can be coloured by adding our cement-compatible pigments. It can be processed for up to 60 minutes and reaches a compressive strength of 70 N/mm² after three days. The addition of accelerators, retardants or other additives is not permitted.
